The firm’s principal, Theo Fleming has had over 40 years’ experience practising law in Dandenong and surrounding suburbs.  He has represented individuals and businesses in a wide range of legal matters, ranging from commercial and property law to disputes regarding deceased estates and family law.

Theo’s passion for law and his wish to see clients get the best possible outcomes led him to create Theo Fleming & Associates in 1982.  In the early 2000s the firm changed its name to Fleming Legal and in 2008 Fleming Legal took over another long-established Dandenong firm, Rhodens Legal Practitioners and the firms were renamed to Fleming & Rhoden Lawyers.

Since that time, Theo and his team of lawyers and paralegals have assisted thousands of clients through the course of their legal matters.  We bring our collective experience to each matter we deal with, ensuring that you will receive realistic and practical advice so that you may make fully informed decisions.
